Build a basic iOS app that integrates with both Spotify and Apple Music

I would like a very basic iOS app developed that achieves the following:
i) I will specify a list of 5 songs;
ii) the app will firstly require the user to select either Apple Music or Spotify;
iii) the app then lists the 5 songs and allows the 5-song list to be opened/streamed in the streaming service selected in step ii) above (it must open all of the 5 songs together as a playlist, not individually)
This is the first step in a number of steps required to develop a full proof of concept, so further development requirements will follow.
