Social Drinking App - Need wireframes / mobile app designs

This is a social media app that enables users to see when and where their friends are drinking by showing a map of the hot spots in town.
The homepage will show a map (Google Map API) which then shows heatmaps when people say they are drinking with friends in a certain location. Users will be able to alert others when they've started drinking, join others' heatmap drinking sessions, message people within the app to alert them they're coming.
I need wireframes / an iOS app sketched up to take it to developers to get a quote on costing the whole development of the app. I can give more info on the app design and sketches we've made when we've chosen our designer.
