Gmail multiple account creator

I need a program that can create multiple gmail account. Up to 500 a day.
I must be able to enter text such as username etc and for each account created the program must be able to create a new username such as
username001
username002
username003
the username should be whatever i want it to be and I should have an input for every other text. Check [login to view URL] for more info.
Since i set the inputs, it must be able to do everything on it's own and a dialogue for captcha (unless if can bypass captcha that would of been great). It must have a time delay that I can set to how many second delay i want or minute.
Since this will be in Java, I do not think it should cost much.
Project should contain: jar file and .java files (I need the sourcecode for future modifications, meaning the code should be written in OOP)
