[URGENT] Java graph problem

Hi all
I need to solve this algorithm question fast (within 24 hours). I have uploaded the problem directly here or see this link: [login to view URL]
The problem in summary is that you are given a graph G which includes "special nodes". You are to find the weight of the minimum spanning tree of G (using Prim's algorithm) with the condition that all special nodes must have degree one.
I attached the question in the pdf, along with some examples and test cases.
