Fixing rollover image & Lightbox + code optimizing

I've got no time to do it myself so I offer this new project to you.

What needs to be done is that the rollover images don't position well and the lightbox loading-bar does not appear. It really should not be that much work.

Additionally the it would be great if the jQuery could be updated to the latest version, without the site loosing its functionality and some source code optimization.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys.
