Magento design integration

We have a new Magento e-commerce website to create for a health supplements company. You will be asked, using the design templates in PSD, to integrate the design onto the Magento Platforms.
You will be asked to do the following :
- create a Magento default theme based on the PSD;
- create a layout for :
- homepage
- product detail
- interior CMS page
- modify the checkout process according to PSD;
modify the shopping cart on the header (add Javascript to get a window with the content of the cart when you click on it).
- make sure the theme is bilingual;
You will be required to finish this project within 8 working days, starting on the day you will get the Photoshop design files. The start date shall be on Thursday May 27th.
