I have a website that is using iframes with anchor tags that needs a custom scrollbar to be cross browser compatible especially in Internet Explorer. Currently the customer scrollbar is working in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. You can view the test website and see the scrollbar in action along with source code by right clicking and viewing source at [url removed, login to view]
The current scrollbar solution is written in Javascript yet, there appears to be an issue with Internet Explorer regarding scrolling to the correct location.
