To re-build a GitHub project, source code partially provided

But unfortunately, the source code is not complete. Intentionally or unintentionally, the author omits some of the functions that makes this source code not able to run.
So, what I need for my project, is someone with good Python skills, could complete this project, which I could just run the code as Jupiter notebook, and one click go, all functions and calculations done.
Please put this project in a bundle as well, because they are related, neither of them could run completely without some tweaking.

So, how are the milestones? I am planning to break it into 3 parts:
Milestone 1: Show me how those 2 errors in the project attachment pictures got fixed.
