I have a RTSP stream from a webcam.
I have a server (hosting and domain) but need the software where:
1) someone can register (setup a basic account)
2) someone can save that rtsp stream url
3) the rtsp stream is converted to a format that can be shown on a website
4) someone can download a javascript widget to show the stream (video & audio) on his website or blog
