FileReader issue with 2 input 'file' type

Hi,

I have two input type 'file' fields in one form.

Before I want to upload I want that the web user preview the image that is selected.

I use Filereader javascript.

I get it perfect with one input file field but not with 2 input file fields.

It must be something stupid in Javascript.

Who can me help me now with Teamviewer?
