Create a React component from scratch to display a confirmation dialog box:

Cannot use the above because it is bootstrap 4.
Requirements: Needs to have header text, description text and Confirm and Cancel button.
Requirements: Need to be able to call it whenever and dynamically create the Confirm Dialog and present to the user.
Think promises.
I need this done by tomorrow if possible.
