Urgent Joomla/virtuemart Developer Long term regular work

I am looking for a reliable, professioanla joomla/virtumart/oscommerce development expert with great graphic design skills

Also need the payment gateway/and different pay module configurations

I got range of projects down the line( arround 4-5 a month) , and want to start with an urgent joomla/virtumart project.

No newbie, no time wasters,No companies, to talkers or consultants.

Applicant need atleast 3-4 years experience

I will pay by project to project or monthly fee, plus a bonus on every successful completion. I will also offer the support and performance based bonus

I will provide the spec and, the selected provider has to deliver the project before the agreed date.

This role may potentially role out to permenent work, and opportunity to work in UK
