Convert Scripts/AJAX Calls to WP Standards

We have written a few AJAX scripts using an incorrect method of calling the JS file without using admin ajax and need these setting up properly.
We also have one script that returns a PHP array, and this need to be passed back with the AJAX call to be used in a simple bit of JS.
Please let me know if you need to see examples of the code or if anything is unclear. We need this complete by Thursday 23rd June 17:00 GMT - please do not bid if you are unable to assist in this timeframe.
