Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Liferay platform and its capabilities.
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using Liferay.
Design, develop, and implement Liferay solutions based on client requirements.
Create technical design documents and oversee the development process.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure project success.
Ensure that Liferay solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Stay up-to-date with Liferay's latest features and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Liferay solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Liferay solutions.
Strong understanding of Liferay's architecture and capabilities
Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with cloud-based hosting solutions is a plus.
Liferay certification is a plus.
