Incorporating in Delaware (offshore company)

Hello!

I am about to set up an offshore corporation in Delaware.

The purpose of this corporation is to run an internet portal and a few iPhone applications.

There are two owners of the corporation, both of us are non-us residents (from Germany).

One of them will also be on the board of directors.

I will need basic advice before the incorporation:

+ general considerations before incorporating from an accountancy view

+ application for EIN

+ what paper work is to be expected in the first year of existence of the

corporation

+ how to manage/optimize revenues streams and expenses

etc

Further consultations during the next years are very likely.

I am looking for advice from an accountant who has experience with offshore

corporations in the US (ideally low tax states such as Delaware, Oregon or Nevada) similar to the setup outlined above.
