I would like to hire an Attorney

hello my name is Victoria Thomas and I have an attorney handling a custody case at the moment but I am not sure if he will end up withdrawing later, I just want for an attorney to bring a motion to the courts regarding my child's unpaid medical expense... the legal father has not reimbursed me any bills nor has he paid any doctor or provider. Also he committed medicaid Fraud and I also Kid care fraud ( the medicaid case has been closed as of 7/19/17 and medicaid dis-enrolled my daughter from receiving medical insurance... the investigator said they put my daughter under "Share cost" meaning that the custodial person has to pay over $3,000 deductible.. Under the same motion I am requesting to add my daughter back to my employer's health insurance plan through Anthem blue cross and blue shield... I just need this motion filed as soon as possible..
