You work in a Public Enterprise and in the context of the implementation of a new

Information System (PS) you have been appointed Project Manager of the relevant

project with competence planning, controlling and coordinating on a daily basis the

implementation teams. You will also be the link between the Contractor and the

Commission Project Monitoring and Receipt (Ltd.).

For the best supervision of your project, the EPPE has requested the preparation of a

detailed schedule that includes all phases, activities and time their sequences, the

deliverables as well as the resources (human and material) to required for the

successful implementation of the project. You must submit on a monthly basis

presentations / reports on the resulting problems as well as updated and documented

schedule with any deviations from the original design.
