Connect Centos 7 SFTP to Windows using Complete FTP server

We used to have a Centos 7 server connecting fine to a Windows server running Complete FTP via SFTP. Recently this connection broke and I'm unable to access the server via SFTP. The debug command is shown below:

I need somebody who can help me figure out which setting to change / update. I have access to both the Centos machine and the Windows server running CompleteFTP.
