cpanel mail server configuration

I need my cpanel server to be able to accept mail for a wildcard subdomain, and route it to an email piping script. I am able to create an email pipe for the main cpanel account domain, and i am able to create wildcard subdomain for apache, but wildcard subdomain is always bouncing for exim, it is not listening for anything@[login to view URL]
Please Note: i have root access to the server and can perform tasks as needed, however i cannot give out root access, so i will need you to guide me through what to do.
