Programming Squid Proxy Cache

I am not sure if this is even possible but I wanted to use Squid with its proxy and cache ability to take an entire backup of a site so I can visit it right now and then store the entire cache inside of a directory and then here in a few weeks I can reload the webpages in the exact same way they were displayed today.
I am not sure if this is possible but if you think you can help in making this possible I would be willing to pay you handsomely for any help :)
