Setup VPS with Digital Ocean

Hi,
I need somebody to set up VPS for me with Digital Ocean. I will get one and need from you:
1. Suggestion what size to get (have around 15 websites and 10 projects on subdomain) mostly Wordpress but sometimes using Magento. Fot the first year I will do just testing with few websites, because already paid for Shared Hosting.
2. Set up the hosting in CentOS or Ubuntu (looking for suggestion)
3. Set up some free Cpanel so easy for me to create email address or change FTP password for each domain.
4. For sure want to use nginx
5. any other suggestions from you
The server needs to be stable!

OCEAN Greeting, I think, that's installing such server in DO is not reasonable, due to price, more reasonable will be to use Contabo VPS. 10 eur per month with almost 1TB space and Cpanel
