SMTP Mail Server configuration in VPS

I moved my website (whmcs) to a new VPS and now the emails are not arriving ( registration, forgot password..) the whmcs using php mail
the log says the email was bounced it's like blacklisted or something so I need someone to assist me on the chat only on how to fix this
