Sales and marketing project for medical devices business

Hello,
I need help in France initially researching and developing a contacts database for sales and marketing purposes and then a later stage is contacting these companies to offer my products. Contacting the companies later on is not compulsory if you chose not to and only help me with first stage of gathering information.
So, you would help me research related companies in all major French cities (20 or so) and states in order to find market leaders, biggest manufacturers and distributors who supply hospitals in France.
French native speaker preferred with related sales and marketing experience.
Potential long term project for right person.
Also, someone with good English.
