gamma distribution fitting and making figures

There are two parts of this task:
1. fit 6 gamma distributions in a statistically meaningful way. Each distribution function has 7 data points for the curve fitting.
2. make graphically appealing figures according to my specifications.
Preferably someone who knows statistics and also good at making nice figures.
Here is a more accurate description of the fitting part.
Each set of data has 6 data points, each data point is the x axis value and the pdf function value. I look for the pdf which fits these 6 points best.
I have 12 sets of such data. They need to be made into 4 figures, each containing 3 pdf plots, as in the picutre. The excel file contains an example of 3 sets of data.
Please note that these data are actual pdf values. They are NOT sample data.

HI I can use R programming to solve this problem. The r-studio will give very good quality graphs which can be directly included in the thesis or papers. The R-program is well cited for such analysis and i think it is Daha Fazla
