You are to write a function that plots a square or rectangle where each side is a different color (see Figure 1). The function will also rotate the object clockwise about the object’s center by a given number of degrees and flip the object over the Y or X axis. Every time a rotation or flip is performed, a plot in a new figure should be made. USE SUB-FUNCTIONS FOR APPROPRIATE SUB-TASKS. Your function file should be commented describing what significant code sections are attempting to be accomplish.
