convert Metatrader Indicator to Forex Tester format 2

I will not need many functions and inputs, so it will be not that much.

I need to convert the attached Metatrader 4 indicator into forex tester 2 format.

I won't need many of the variables included in the indicator, they are listed below. I just need all things related to calculating rectangles and painting them with different color, timeframes and price tags. That's all, I don't want the hud, the timer, the fibs and so on. Half of the code won't need to be converted.

These are the inputs I won't need:

- [url removed, login to view], all related to drawing fibs

- [url removed, login to view], hub, and all things related to layers and HUD

- Pos.x and pos.y

- Alerts. All things related to alert, don't add them

- Color hud, color arrow up and down, back, etc. We won't convert anything related with arrows, just painting the rectangles

- Color.timer. All inputs related to it timer
