Review indicator and add Bollinger based rules to draw feature

1. review the fairly simple moving average cross style indicator I will send the winning bidder, and translate the code into layman's terms. I hired someone to write this for me years ago but don't remember what the conditional rules are we used, and do not know enough to read the code yet.

a. Define what are the rules for line color changes

b. What are the rules for line draw position change (high - low)

c. any other rules that affect the line position or color? Example some times the line will draw a tight V or upsidedown V and not change the color drawn. I need to know what rules are doing this.

2. I will review your definitions that you send me, then send you a list of several additional conditional rules to code into the indicator based on bollinger bands.

3. Code the bollinger band rules that will change how the indicator draws,

Work with me to eliminate any loop problems.

4. create all bollinger band inputs and also all original indicator inputs.

5. Code individual case periods for all inputs for each time frame, but leave all false for now so I can test from the front input page more easily. ( include # of bars shown. ) I will go into the code and turn the case periods on and customize the settings after the indicator is done.

NOTE; original code is working well and not to be changed, only modified by new bollinger rules.

I expect about a week of back and forth to get this all sorted out.

All work is copywrite to me and is not to be shared, sold dispersed, ect.

I also will be adding drawing rules based on the relationship of price to a central moving average that will be different than the bollinger. It will also need inputs like everything else.

the bollinger will also be drawn with an on off draw feature and # of bars feature.

The moving average will also be drawn with an on off -draw feature and # of bars feature

even when not drawn the bollinger and moving average will be used to calculate the postions and color of the main signal line.
