*collector & storage module for collecting sensing data "like location based service or GPS and user identification, and images captured from android camera.
*adaptation module for push notification "as android service" to parent "user" depending on his/her identification registered before and kid data stored at the database
*this push notification may be manually edit by school admin in situation of emergency and kid timetable or activity , and can be automated in weather cases "web service".
*other complain pages is an ordinary form submitted to school admin
*admin should interface with google cloud which host the native application
