Develop mobile application to interact with bluetooth 4 LE sensor device - Android version

The application will have following features:
1. Interaction with bluetooth 4 low energy sensor device. Both standard and custom profiles are used for interaction.
2. Tracking GPS location using phone GPS API.
3. Display google maps as part of the application.
4. A widget which can be placed on desktop. It will show temperature.
5. Alerts. Application should be able to display messages and ring when alerts are triggered (alerts can be triggered by a connected sensor device).
Application should run on phones and tablets supporting BT4LE.
Detailed specification will be available for successfull bidders. Application design in vector format (.ai) will be provided to successfull bidders.
Send me an offer if you can implement an Android version perfectly.
