The idea is to create an Android application which will show :
1. a short advertise on full screen (also a timer will be showed) - during x seconds
2. after 1. (after those x seconds) will show the "winner of the day" which will include his telephone number (for example : 0123456XXX)
What I need (first steps) :
I need to create a database (on a server) with the registered users, so first of all, people must sign up.
Sign up will include : - telephone number, name, address and the age.
So, after a user is registered, he will log in (automatic log in) and will see 1. and 2.
This application will give a gift everyday... to someone registered and that means I need something like this on a server :
a) Database (registered users – with all the informations)
b) Random telephone number picker (a code which will run at every 24 hours)
c) Two files which will be updated : one is the image of the advertise (.jpeg) and another one will be the "winner of the day" (text) - automatic created by the random picker (online code).
Where the "human" will step in?
The only thing I want to do is to upload to the server the image of the advertise (my clients will provide me the graphics, so I have to deliver them to the users of this application)

I’m waiting for the best offers because is a tiny application and I think it doesn’t take too much time and work to create it.
More informations about the project :
- the application must run on all android devices (os 2.1+) and also on tablets;
- to prevent errors or crashing during running the application without internet or if it goes offline;
- first image (with the ad) must remain on the screen with the timer and after the timer is over, there the phone number of the winner must be displayed (instead of the timer);
- the image with the ad to have the option to be clicklable (a link option must be add);
- the application will download data from the server only when it will run;
- users to have the option to sign out (in case they sell the mobile, etc);
- restrictions : only one mobile phone number can be registered per account;
- the application must have a "how it works", "settings", "sign out" and "exit" if the menu key is pressed;
- prevent to sleep;
- notifications on the bar ( like : "check if you are a winner" );
- protection : if someone will block the communication between the application and the server (from where the ad will be displayed) to block also the "winner of the day" ;
- server side to have the admin tool (to make the changes easily);
- I'll provide all the translations from english to romanian;
- must have a "nice" interface (like the app called "prize per day" or something like that), colorfull, but simple;
- to rotate (may be a future ability);
I have made some graphics as I would like the application to look like.
I need a solution for this :
When a telephone number will be extracted, I need to know if the user has logged in that day, to offer or not that gift.
If I can see the records of every registered user, will be perfect !
I am opened for new ideas / solutions !
