iOS iPhone project with server component and basic website

We'd like to have a mobile iPhone app with an AWS server component.
Portrait mode only.
The attached wireframes will give you the UI/UX and provide comments for what we need.
The app will have username/login and facebook api login.
Overall, we need the app to be able to pull and store contacts from the device's contact database.
These contacts can be grouped.
Individual contacts or groups of contacts can then be contact via a text.
The text will be sent via the server.
The text will hold event information and yes/no RSVP function.
The text will have specific information from the app, and will have 2 hyperlinks.
If a user presses Yes, the user/answer will be stored on the server and pushed to the app that sent the text.
If a user presses No, the user/answer will be stored on the server and pushed to the app that sent the text.
If a user doesn't have the app, they'll be taken to a confirmation website (built by you) that will have basic text and designs (provided by us), and a hyperlink to the app store.
The attached will provide more information, but this is the basic overview.
I will provide the graphics after you tell me what you need.
If this app is successful, we will create an Android version.
