Hi,
I am looking to build a simple app that would capture the fields listed in the attachment. There could be minor changes but this should give you an idea of what I am looking for.
If you are experienced with integrating the information captured back to SAP that would be great. Please explain how will you do it and if you have done this in the past. If not, then let me know what format the information captured can be delivered.
