Mobile App for Web-Based Game

This mobile app is going to be for the text-based MMORPG known as Gates of Survival ([login to view URL]).

The website itself is already designed and is mobile friendly, however I need to make an official Android (and Apple) app for players to use on their phones (or tablets), as opposed to having to go through a web browser. I'd like the creator to make custom graphics or icons for the app, and the app needs to have the following options:

#1. A hamburger-like menu (for quick navigation in-game for players). <-- The site uses DIV's and AJAX for redirection of pages, so the hamburger menu needs to reflect this (as-in say if you make a link for the player inventory in the menu, it needs to be able to target a div when "clicked").

#2. A payment system; our game has a in-game currency, called Gems. I'd like players to be able to purchase these through the app, as opposed to having to use PayPal through the website on the mobile app.

I'll also need the full source code for both the Android and Apple versions, as I will be editing this quite a bit as the game evolves, and updating the app to reflect that.

This shouldn't be too hard of a project, and I'm up for any ideas or suggestions you may have to add to the app. I may or may not need to add more specifcations as we go along with the project, but the ones listed above are my main concerns that I need.
