I want to make an android App which will be like an ICU Drug Index. I will provide the details of about 100 medicines used in critical care units, their dosage and all in PDF / DOC format. it has to be made searchable (esp offline) . we can add more features later. For example we have to convert the attached PDF file into a searchable android App. not too much of other functionality needed, but i am open to suggestions. My upper limit of expenditure here i INR 3500 or USD 50. Time limit is approx one week.
