We are creating an large product which has around 45 modules. We are looking for silverlight programmer has minimum 2 years experience on live projects.
As part of interview, we will give him the Employee information entry window. He has to complete this task by connecting to our computer remotely. After successful completion of task we will pay, the amount of time he spent on our computer to complete the task. The maximum of 5 billing hours are allowed to complete the task. See the attached word document for detail information of task.
We are anticipating 500 hrs of work for this project.
Minimum committment must be at least 12 hrs /week for 20 weeks.
Payments will be paid on weekly basis.
