.NET Rental Equipment System

hi Dear all,

Need a top class .NET and legacy (AS/400 ) designer and developer to create a web and windows system that can scale to 100 locations and 5,000 users. You must be an expert in C# and .NET.

Bid is for high level design only. The actual project will be 40-50K. But I would like to discuss the budget after selecting provider and giving him complete specs. I just created a small budget project to get offers from providers.

Please note that You will need to pass an online test in .NET and C# before applying for this contract and you must have excellent design skills.
