Google Action Account Linking age Verify

Need someone to configure a Node.js application that uses dialogflow and actions on google with Custom Account linking that verifies users age(If older then 21 Okay to continue otherwise NO.) via Google Sign-in and include user in firebase auth.

Node.js app should serve webpages using express and resolve dialogflow webhook to another file like [login to view URL]('/webhook', {MAGIC CLASS});

When user sign-in we store user info in Firebase firestore

When user re-visists app we authenticate user and retrieve info saved from database for a specific user after which action can reply with data stored to user.

Also document and create wiki

This is similar to what i want to accomplish but without relying on

cloud functions or Firebase Hosting replicate those function in NODE.js
