React And NodeJS Developer for License Application site

Hello, I need a react and node js developer to make a React JS SPA (Single Page Application), with a NodeJS REST API backend.

The application is a small business application submissions. There will be a form where users will enter the details for their business ( I will tell you the fields like Name, Address, etc etc) and then it will create an account for them and show their application and its status when they login. There will also be admin accounts which can see all the submitted applications and change their status (Pending, Accepted Rejected).

That's it, quite a small application. The design requirements are not major but must be made using react bootstrap.

I need you to document the code throughout, see below in regards how the tech should be setup.

The task is split into 2 parts.

1. Front end (React JS)

2. Backend API (Node JS)

The react application must call the NodeJS REST API backend using HTTP requests that are authenticated. API must be setup using Express, no other libraries must be used.

I need full exception handling for things like wrong data submitted, and unauthenticated requests etc.

Need a pluggable modular structure.

Clear separation between routing, business, and persistence logic
