legal documents written to be published online

My attorney was a complete jerk and I wrote a negative review online, he retaliated by terminating me as a client and putting an exorbitant lien on my settlement money.

I don't have the resources to fight this, so I believe the money is gone and I'm super bummed out. however, I do want to publish my experience online without getting sued for defamation.

I would like someone to read my facts and documents, organize the information in a professional way to be submitted to the Florida Commission of Ethics, and to be published online.

what I am looking to avoid is saying anything that I could be sued for since the attorney threatened to sue me and my wife for our negative review on Google .

a quick summary of my experience:

I was on a bicycle and was hit by a car, I hired this personal injury attorney to make the hospital bills go away with the insurance.

1) we disagreed about something trivial halfway through my case, and he kept asking for my wife's phone number and contact information to tell her I had brain damage. He kept belittling and insulting me the entire time in front of the other opposing attorney. he emailed me saying he wanted to meet my wife in his office alone without me there in the middle of our disagreement.

2) he sent me an email "releasing me" as a client then abandoned the case, which is partner ended up taking over. we quickly settled the case without problem as his partner was super professional

3) after the settlement, no one paid the medical bills because the original attorney abandoned the case, and the funds never were dispersed to me.

4) after 6 months of calling, emailing, and getting the run-around from his office , I was frustrated and left a 1 star negative review online.

5) he retaliated by saying the Florida Bar advised him to terminate me as a client , then put a lien on the settlement funds and told me to hire another attorney to get it out. keep in mind this is after 6 months of holding the money when the case is completely over and not doing anything with my file.

he did mention (in so many words) to sue me and my wife for the review so I removed it online.

now that's the quick summary although there are a few other things:

there is an article about him and his wild temperament as this has been an issue for him before. I'd like to intelligently write up all of the facts in such a way that paints a picture of my case to be presented to a professional department like the Florida Commission of Ethics, or just used as a reference for online articles .

like I said, I just don't want to be sued for defamation which is why I want it not done by me.
