Recently created website needs to have the form/inquiry page set to replicate with each new inquiry. The replication should create a new site on the fly with the new forms page containing the inquirers email address so that anyone inquiring on the new created site will be sent to the new site owner and also contain information so that the new inquiry will also be bcc'ed to me (webmaster). Basically its set up like an MLM site. I hope that made sense. If not just email me and I'll try explain again.
