Web site backend update

Site is up and running. I need to do the following:
1- back end for guest book, so I can edit and delete listings
2- site is set up dynamicly to add photos, but I can't set the order of images. Need to be able to add photo to any order. Now they come in last on line.
3-Back end for Print gallery
4- Clean up sites back end...files not being used
All this is done through a browser
