Dear Freelancers,

I have to post this project again because the previous winner was a joker and did not finish it, so I have a script 75% working.

The script is a modification of freelancer 2.9 working with mysql and managed trough a new control panel.

The task is to check the file, delete the files not in use and complete the work in progress.
