Put images on T-shirt

We are starting a new T-shirt division and we have 529 image that need to be photo-shopped (or something else) onto a image of a black T-shirt. I am sure there is some script that can be written for this, but we don't know how.
Basically, I want you to reverse the colors on the attached image so that the letters are black and the black background is white. I want it then placed on a image of a black T-shirt.
Please give me a sample image when you bid, I will not open a bid without my sample image attached.
