Integrate Iframe ad on streaming sports site REPOSTED

Had to recreate this project. Seems like GAF defaults to 250 dollar projects when one saves as draft. I am naturally not going to pay 250 for something like this.

I have this script, which is a PHPbid rewrite. See it on [url removed, login to view]

Click "Video Today" and then click the stream to see what an individual page looks like.

I want to integrate a 15 second commercial video before the stream starts, like on this page [url removed, login to view]

This is handled via an iframe played in the flash browser.

I also need the "stream is loading... please wait for ... seconds" function to work.

I only want the commercial video to show once. If the surfer clicks an alternate stream link on top of page (stream 1, stream 2 etc) , I still only to want the video to show once (could be handled with cookies maybe ?)

ADDITIONAL TASK. I will be more interested in choosing you as a provider if you can fix mod_rewrite so the url's become fully SEO'ed. For example, [url removed, login to view] Sports/[url removed, login to view] should instead be [url removed, login to view] Sports/team1-team2. Please indicate in your PM if this is something you can do.

Also remember, if you post bids automatically, without telling me how you are going to go about fixing THIS specific task, then I will not be interested in working with you.

Also, no fantasy prices. For a true geek this task could be handled in 2 hours. Please bid accordingly.
