66238 Live support through MSN

possible?? I need MSN or other popular instant messanger integrated into my website. It will be used as a live support for my products. The msn window must be part of the page, and the message directed only to me. Each guest who logs on will be named Customer 1, Customer 2, etc if using the live support at the same time. Each users message (question) will be directed to my Instant Messanger program on my Palm. They will show up as different messages, Customer 1, etc on my instant messanger. They either click a button to activate the window (a new message), or window opens automaticly for each user who goes to live support page, When customer sends a message, the must get an autom responder saying, "One moment please, a customer service representive will be right with you. In your quote description, please provide 2 prices: one for an online script, and another for a loading programs which sets it up on any pc for any site. Please provide examples of simillar work, or describe a short description of how you see it working. Thanks to all bidders !!!!
