Setup Drupal 7 simplenews newsletter functionality

You must have experience in drupal and feedback from drupal related projects to bid on this project.
We have a drupal install that requires a newsletter functionality.
The newsletter must be fully supported on mobile devices and use smtp to send mail rather than the inbuilt sendmail, we have opted to use the following modules
simplenews
mail system
html mail
mime mail
Mime Mail CSS Compressor
smtp authentication
you must also create a simple email template for the newsletter to use.
As stated i need someone familiar with drupal to do this.
You will also need to be able to generate a public key so you can access our git repo to develop from
