Casino/Auction Site Part 1 of 2

ADMIN

1) Admin will have super access

2) Admin can log on and look/change members account information including Casino Dollar currency amount, history, etc

3) Admin can see all users activity (inactivity, how much Casino Dollars won in a day, week, what prizes won/received, EVERYTHING)

4) Admin can send an email to all users in HTML/TEXT

5) Admin can send special promotions to members where they click on the link and will get a certain amount of Casino Dollar which is one time use only

6) Admin can send special promotions to members where they sign up for that offer (third base company) and admin can give them Casino Dollars

7) Admin can control the auction

8) Only Admin can post up items for auction

9) Admin can delete/post/change auctions

10) Admin must have control of all auctions features

AUCTION SIDE

1) Users can use their Casino Dollars to bid on items in the auction

2) After an item is won the user is notify by email and their Casino Dollars will be subtracted with the Winning Bid amount

3) Users can only bid on items with a certain amount (Ex. If they have 1000 Casino Dollars they cannot bid 1001 for a item because of insufficent funds)

4) Auction will be customizable by admin

WEBSITE SIDE

1) Website must look professional

2) It must stand out

3) It must be user friendly

this is part 1 of 2 of the auction site...it must be integrated with the casino application software....

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
