459199 Flat Rate PHP Programmer Needed 2

We need to add few simple options to our existing web site and admin panel and to apply new template from Template Monster.

We have photo gallery wich display cars. We have simple admin panel in which we manage the car photos and car details.

We need:

1) Apply new html&flash template from template monster (make all needed editing as needed, links... etc...)

2) Add option: buy now - Must show buy now option on user side and simply send buyers info into the admin panel after completion. Must be email verified.

3) Add option: best offer - Must send offer details into the admin panel. Must be email verified.

4)Script in the existing admin panel which will post cars and its information automatically into new york auto section on craiglist. So we can post cars easily from our admin panel. Script must be fully automatic and will only need captcha to be inserted by human nothing else.
