I need a Stripped Down Version of YouTube, to include image and video upload.
Please review the YouTube website for details, but here are some points:
1. Video, image upload - convert both types to Flash files
2. Just like on YouTube - Top lists for featured, most viewed, recently added videos, images, groups, user profiles, etc.
3. Creation of image icon from video, automatic image resizing to create thumbnails of images.
4. Image and video rating system
5. User Profiles
6. Space for advertisements
7. Mobile phone video and image upload
8. User inbox (sending private messages)
9. Installation on the server and testing
I also need an admin console to handle items like user management, disabling a user account, removing comments and videos as needed, ad management. Also, The system will already keep track of the highest rated videos on the site, I need it to notify me of the top 3 ranked videos on the whole site every month.
