search engine script

I have a search engine script that is written in php and html. I am looking for a programmer who can add a few more additions to it which are listed below.

Search engine script uses google adsense, ebay and amazon referral links to pull the webpages and ads from, This allows the owner of the search script to make money by running the search engine. I am looking to add a footer addition that can be shown through all generated pages and also some more ad space and link options to the pages already. The script is located on <[login to view URL]> as you can see it is a very basic script but I would like it to be where people can change the look much easier and add other content without having to mess with the php etc.

The coder must be knowledgable with php and be able to rewrite the code to work faster if possible and change it a bit to make it a bit more custom.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
